Travel has always been more than just a destination for me—it’s been a calling. Growing up in a small town outside of Buffalo, New York, I took a chance and studied abroad in London. Little did I know that this decision would transform my life in ways I couldn’t imagine, opening me up to a world of exploration, adventure, and self-discovery. My curiosity has since taken me across the globe, from the vast landscapes of Africa to the vibrant markets of Asia, from the sun-kissed beaches of Australia to the historic charm of Europe. Each corner of the world has felt like home, and I continue to traverse this Earth, knowing there’s always a new dream to chase and a new destination to explore.

 

This passion for travel and wellness led me to create Beyond Wanderlust Travel and Retreats, where I design transformative journeys that help others experience the world in ways that inspire and nurture the soul. With my deep background in yoga, meditation, somatic breathwork, and other healing practices, I plan each retreat and adventure to offer not only new destinations but meaningful connections and personal growth. My goal is to create immersive experiences for like-minded travelers who seek both exploration and transformation.

 

When I’m not traveling or planning these journeys, I’m at home, grounded by my family the work I love. As a doula, I’m dedicated to supporting and educating families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, helping parents navigate the beautiful path to parenthood. Whether I’m guiding an adventure abroad, leading a retreat, teaching yoga, or nurturing families at home, I find purpose in helping others connect with their inner strength and resilience.
